Basis of Design:
 Bollard covers as manufactured by Barrier Defense Systems, a Shaw Stainless Company.
Compliance:
Welding conforms with AWS D1.1 standard.
Standard Bollard Covered Heights:
30 inches (762 mm), 36 inches (914 mm), 40 inches (1016 mm), 42 inches (1067 mm) or custom heights as scheduled and indicated on drawings.
Outer Dimensions:
12-3/4 inches (324 mm), fits up to a 10-3/4 inches (273 mm) pipe bollard. 10-3/4 inches (273 mm), fits up to 8-5/8 inches (219 mm) pipe bollard. 8-5/8 inches (219 mm), fits up to 6-5/8 inches (168 mm) pipe bollard. 6-5/8 inches (168 mm), fits up to nominal 4 inch pipe bollard. As scheduled and indicated on drawings.
Bollard Cover Retention:
Set screws located 3 inches (76 mm) from bottom of cover.
Spacers:
Stainless steel or aluminum Factory Welded.
Materials:
Type 304/304L stainless steel, Type 316/316L stainless steel, and 6061-T6 grade aluminum as scheduled and indicated on drawings.
Bollard Tops:
Flat, Domed and Slanted as indicated on drawings.
Finish:
No. 4 circumferential brush finish, No. 6 circumferential brush finish, or No. 8 (mirror like) and Powder Coat as scheduled and indicated on drawings.
