Return Policy
Return authorizations may be granted within 30 days of receipt on standard stocking items. Buyer must contact seller to request the return, and receive documented approval prior to prepaid shipment. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and credits are subject to inspection of material. Material must be new, unused and in resalable condition. Special items are non-cancelable / non-returnable including custom, cut, polished, or fabricated products as noted on quotes and order confirmations.
